Definition of an acceptance
Acceptance is the unconditional consent to the terms of the offer. If an "acceptance' contains any
reservations, any variations to the terms in the offer, etc, then the
"acceptance' will be conditional. Since it will not be an unconditional
consent to the terms of the offer it will not be an acceptance.
