Revocation of offer 2

Dickinson v Dodds (1876)   On Wednesday 10 June 1874 Dodds signed and delivered to Dickinson, a memorandum, which read: 

"I hereby agree to sell to Mr George Dickinson the whole of the dwelling-houses, garden ground, stabling, and outbuildings thereto belonging, situate at Croft, belonging to me, for the sum of £800. As witness my hand this tenth day of June, 1874. £800. (Signed) John Dodds   PS -This offer to be left over until Friday, 0900 hrs 12 June 1874.
